Oxfordshire Roads Action Alliance AGM, Saturday, 10th May 2025 11.00am

We wish to invite you to our AGM which will be held at The Source, 1 Floyds Row, Oxford, OX1 1SS  (see map) on 10 May 2025 at 11:00 am.

With County Council and District Council elections on 1st May and with local government reform in the offing, this is an important time to take stock and consider the challenges we face with ever  increasing  road building at the expense of public transport investment in Oxfordshire.

Please find attached

  1. AGENDA
  2. UPDATE ON TRAFFIC AND ROAD BUILDING
  3. MAP – VENUE LOCATION (ST ALDATES)
We look forward to outlining activities undertaken by ORAA during the year including supporting the Rule 6 objectors at the HIF1 Planning Inquiry and a legal opinion obtained from Landmark Chambers on the Inspectors Report and Recommendation.  We are also working with Urbana World on a Report to set out a better vision for transport planning across the south of the county.
Please note our website https://oraa.org.uk is a useful resource for updates on current developments.
We wish to thank all those that have supported us with donations and also the invaluable advice and support we have received from Transport Action Network, The Federation for Integrated Transport and others.
We trust that you can attend the AGM and we look forward to seeing you and hearing your views on the issues we face in Oxfordshire.
